Refund policy
All orders must be within the United States. We do not ship to Canada. There is an $18 flat rate for all
shipping charges which include insurance, shipping and handling. Some exclusions may apply and
prices may vary. Cost of shipping is determined by weight and cost of goods.
All orders shipped within Illinois will be charged an 8% sales tax in addition to shipping costs. Gift
wrapping and enclosure cards are complimentary and must be requested at time of purchase. For any

In-store Return Policy:
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase with receipt for store credit only. Items must be in
the same condition, unworn with tags. No exceptions. Store credits are issued on a gift card and can be
redeemed at any location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Online Return Policy:
All online returns are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in the same condition, unworn
with tags. To start a return, please email info@enaz.com. You will need to provide your name, phone
number, order number located on your receipt and reason for return. The customer is responsible for
returning the items using the carrier of their choice. We also provide return labels and will deduct the
shipping cost from your total refund. Cost of shipping may vary.
Items sent back to us without authorization will not be accepted.
Important note:
Online orders can be returned in person and at any location but will have to adhere to the
in-store return policy for store credit only. No exceptions. (see above)
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if
you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All sale items and purchased gift cards are final sale. No adjustments to prior sales.
